Qualification:

• Technical Assistant: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, with a first class career. Should have used CAD software and at least one FEA commercial package for designing sheet metal forming tools or to solve engineering problems. Should be able to write codes in C++/Java. Desirable : Post graduate experience in sheet metal forming (Academic or industry), Working knowledge of softwares like MATLAB, PAMSTAMP/ AUTOFORM/DYNAFORM or equivalent. A valid GATE score will be an advantage. Opportunities for joining the M. Tech. programme exist.
