Directorate of Employment & Training invites application for the post of Consultants
Qualification: Candidates having Bachelors Degree in Engineering,
Technology/ MBA/ Master in Economics or Social Work or Development
Studies or in relevant field may apply. Ideal candidates will be those
who have done Masters from Tier 1 institutes in India
/ abroad with consistently outstanding academic records. Prior
experience of working in a national / multi-national social sector
setup, policy making / advisory roles, particularly with the Government
of India is desirable, but non-mandatory for deserving candidates.
Experience of handling skill development programme would also be
preferred. Familiarity with the use of Information and Communication
Technologies (including basic tools such as spreadsheets and data
analytics packages), social media, etc. is necessary.The applicants must have
excellent written and spoken English language skills, and should be
skillful / tactful to work and navigate their way through a challenging
environment of the Government system.
