1. Sr. Manager (HR)
2. DGM – Technical (Textile)

Qualification and Job Profile

1. Sr. Manager (HR): MBA/MSW or equivalent with specialization in HR and Should have extensive experience in Corporate HR function, having exposure to Policy matters, HRD, Employment Administration, Training and development, man power planning etc..
2. DGM – Technical (Textile): B. Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering and  To look after the entire operations, Responsible for all the functions and P & L of the unit. Will be responsible for the production / productivity, working efficiencies and quality of the compact yarns.

Age limit: 45 Years

Years of Experience(Post Qualification)

1. Sr. Manager (HR):10 yrs
2. DGM – Technical (Textile):14yrs for B Tech /16 for Diploma

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The Eligible candidates short-listed based on initial scrutiny will be called for interview.  Suitable communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually.  Out-station candidates called for interview will be paid eligible train fare by the shortest route on production of proof of journey as per rules of the Company.
