Punjab national bank institute of information technology an autonomous non-profit society promoted by Punjab National Bank, is located in a lush green sprawling campus of 10 acres in the heart of Lucknow. It requires faculty in following areas -   employment news

• Banking (Post -2) 
• Information Technology

Banking (Post -2) 

• Experienced bankers (including retired/VRS optee), having excellent communication skills, in scale IV and above. Teaching experience is desirable. Superannuation age will be 65 years. 
• Candidates having exposure in credit/ Risk Management/ International Banking/ etc. in computerized environment will be preferred.  
• Minimum Educational qualification is Graduate. MBA/CFA/CA will be an added qualification.   
• These faculties will be recruited on contractual basis on a consolidated amount of Rs 50,000/- to Rs 60,000/- 

Information Technology   

• Candidates with 5 years of teaching or Industry experience in following areas will be considered for the recruitment. 
• a. Information Security, Cyber Crimes. (Post - 1) 
• b. Operating System (Linux/Unix)/ Database Management (Oracle)/ Networking etc. (Post - 1) 
• Certifications in the relevant area like CISA, CCNA, OCP etc will be desirable.  
• Minimum Educational qualification will be B.Tech. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA with min. 60% marks. 
• These faculties may be placed in G4 (Equivalent to scale II / III of PSU banks) or G3 grade (Equivalent to scale IV / V of PSU banks) of PNBIIT depending on their expertise & experience. Other service conditions will be as per PNBIIT rules.  

Note: 

• The selected candidates will have to join on or before 17th  Sept' 2012. 
• Approx. Gross salary in G3 grade – scale IV will be Rs 51000/- & in scale V will be Rs 60000/- while in G4 – Scale II will be Rs  32500/- & scale III will be Rs 43000/-. In addition lease accommodation in campus on availability or outside campus on lease as per entitlement will be provided. 
• Other perks viz telephone facility, newspaper, conveyance etc will be paid as per PNBIIT rules.
