Qualification:

• Horticulture: B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture with Horticulture as a special subject. 3 years Course after Pre-University of a recognized University or equivalent Those candidates who have acquired direct Master’s Degree in respective disciplines from the recognized University and approved by the Joint Committee of AICTE/UGC/DEC are also eligible but such candidates will be considered at par with the basic qualification of Degree in respective disciplines) 

• Civil : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent. 
  Note : Those candidates who have acquired direct Degree in respective disciplines from the recognized University and approved by the Joint Committee of AICTE/UGC/DEC are also eligible but such candidates will be considered at par with the basic qualification of Diploma in respective disciplines)
• Public Health: Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering  from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent.  
  Note: Those candidates who have acquired direct Degree in respective disciplines from the recognized University and approved by the Joint Committee of AICTE/UGC/DEC are also eligible but such candidates will be considered at par with the basic qualification of Diploma in respective disciplines)
