Job Description :
- To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton's Procedure and Clients Specifications.
- To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
- To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins
- To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid
- To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must have Extra-ordinary Written and Verbal skills.
- Willing to work on online proposals and bidding.
- Should preferably be from a technical background.
- Experience in Online Marketing / Inside Sales is preferred.
