Invites application for Marketing Executives on contractual basis

Cent Bank Home Finance Limited, a subsidiary of Central Bank of India, is looking for young, energetic and dynamic persons from Indian Nationality as Marketing Executives on contract asis for its Bhopal, Raipur, Gwalior, Indore, New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Lucknow, Bilaspur, Bangalore and Jaipur Branches for mobilization of  housing loans, mortgage loans and other housing loan products as well as public and institutional deposits. The broad terms and conditions for appointment will be as follows:

• The person should have  good marketing skills with good morale character  and in the age group of  21 years to 35 years.
• The person should be from local area and  well conversant with the local language apart from the ability to speak, write and read Hindi and English language. 
• The person should have a minimum qualification of graducation in any dicipline with preferably certificate/Diploma in the field of marketing and must possess the knowledge of computers.
• The person having the experience of marketing from reputed concerns/ HFCs including Private Sector Banks will be preferred.

• The person will be appointed on contract basis for a period of two years. The contract may be renewed on the sole discretion of the Company   depending upon the performance and work conduct by the person.
• An attractrive commssion will be  offered to the marketing executives for moblizing business of the Company An amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) to be deposited as security without interest  with the Company before execution of agreement. The fixed depeosit as security may be forfeited in case of any finacial loss/irregularities occured to the Company due to any act or omission of Marketing Executive.  
• The reference and sureties of two well known persons from the same loaclity / city acceptable to the company should also be provided with the application.
• All candidates will be called for Personal interview at Bhopal/mumbai for finalisation of  their name for the company.
• The interested candidiates may submit their applications in the precribed format and submit in person or by post in sealed envelops at the respective Branch office addresses. The Last date for submission of applications will be 2nd Nov. 2012.
