Positions: Customer Relationship Management

Purpose: The position will be responsible to provide and sustain high standards of customer services delivery experience to the end customer. 

Responsibilities:
  1. Accountable for interaction with customers through phone, email, chat, social media for customer feedback/ customer grievance.
  2. Accountable for handling customer inquiries and their end-to-end closure achieve customer delight.
  3. Communicate and liaison with other departments to understand the cause of customer grievance and eliminate occurrence in future.
  4. Communicate grievance closure to customer to ensure closure of the grievance in the system.
  5. Publish daily/ weekly/ fortnightly reports as per the department and business requirement.

Skills Required:
  1. Strong Verbal and Written Communication
  2. Good command over English language
  3. Proficient at MS Office & computers
  4. Strong Analytical and Problem solving Skills 

Qualification/ Experience:
  1. Pursuing Graduation (Any stream)/ Graduates from English medium colleges
  2. Minimum years of experience: Fresher

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time permanent position with day shift. Flexibility in shift timings is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:
1. Annual Compensation: Rs 1.8 lakhs
