Qualification and Experience

• Project Director: B.E. or MBA from Premium Institution with 03 yrs. experience.
• General Manager (Planning): B.E.(Civil)/Town Planning/Architecture with 10 yrs. experience 
• Assistant  Project Manager (Engineering): Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) / Architectural / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical with 5 yrs. experience.
• Assistant Project Manager (Administration): MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HR with 5 yrs. experience
• Technical Assistant: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical with  3 yrs. experience
• Accounts Officer: M. Com or CA Inter or ICWA (Inter)  with 5 yrs. experience 
• Accountant: B. Com with knowledge of Tally, 2 yrs. experience 
• Executive Assistant: Graduate with knowledge of Computer Application, 4 yrs. experience
• Computer Operator - cum Stenographer: Graduate with Computer Application, Stenography in English and Hindi  having 80 W.P.M./30 W.P.M. in English and Hindi Typing respectively.

Candidates for post at Sl. No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be required to pay a sum of Rs.500/- and Rs.400/- for the post at Sl. No. 7, 8 and 9 from General candidates and Rs.250/- from Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes for all the above posts by Demand Draft drawn in faour of Greater Ranchi Development Agency Ltd., payable at Ranchi
