INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SUGARCANE RESEARCH (ICAR)

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts at IISR, Lucknow/its  Regional Research Stations at Motipur (Bihar) and Paravaranagar (M.S.) under the Administrative control of Indian Council of Agricultural Research:

• T-3 Computer Operator (Software)
• T-3 Computer Operator (Hardware)
• T-3 (Lab. Technician)
• T-3 (Field/Farm Technician) 
• T-1(Lab Assistant)

T-3 Computer Operator (Software) -- 01 post (Reserved for OBC)

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20,200/- + Grade Pay- Rs.2, 800/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

B.C.A. Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Desirable qualification -

i) After acquiring required Bachelors Degree two years work experience in

a) Web based application development

b) Database Management

c) Operation of Office Automation Software

ii) MCA

Age - 18 to 30 years (relaxable to OBC candidates as per rule).

T-3 Computer Operator (Hardware) -- 01 post (Reserved for OBC).

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20,200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2, 800/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

B.C.A./B.Tech./BE. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent 

qualification from a recognized university. 

Desirable qualification -

i) After acquiring required Bachelors Degree two years work experience in 

a) Hardwar and Software Maintenance 

b) Network administration

c) Operation of Office Automation Software 

ii) MCA

Age - 18 to 30 years (relaxable to OBC candidates as per rule).

T-3 (Lab. Technician) -- 01 post (Reserved for OBC).

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20, 200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2, 800/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

B. Sc. (PCM/ZBC or Biotechnology) or equivalent qualification from a 

recognized university.

Desirable qualification –

After acquiring required Bachelors Degree minimum two years work 

experience and knowledge of various activities related to Laboratory.

Age - 18 to 30 years (relaxable to OBC candidates as per rule).

T-3 (Field/Farm Technician) -- 01 posts (Reserved for OBC) for IISR 

Regional Research Centre, Motipur (Bihar State).

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20,200/- + Grade Pay- Rs.2, 800/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

B. Sc. (Ag. /Botany) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification

After acquiring Bachelors Degree minimum two years work experience in field/farm activities.

Age - 18 to 30 years (relaxable to OBC candidates as per rule).

T-3 (Field/Farm Technician) -- 01 post (Reserved for OBC) for IISR 

Biological Control Centre, Parvaranagar (Maharashtra State).

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20,200/- + Grade Pay -Rs.2, 800/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

B.Sc. (Ag./Botany) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

Desirable Educational Qualification 

After acquiring required Bachelor Degree minimum two years work experience in Agricultural Entomology preferably in Sugarcane.

T-1(Lab Assistant) -- Two Posts (Reserved for OBC).

Scale of Pay - Rs.5, 200-20,200/- + Grade Pay – Rs.2, 000/-

Minimum Educational Qualification –

Matriculation with at least one year Certificate from a recognized institution in the relevant field.

Desirable Qualification - Experience of two years in lab work. 

Age - 18 to 30 years (relaxable to OBC candidates as per rule).
