NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EPIDEMIOLOGY (NIE)

Candidates are invited for the Walk-In-Interview on 21.11.2012 at 9.30 am for the post of Technician-A (Data Entry Operator) under various projects of NIE. The vacancy will be for a period of 3 months to 1 year, depending  upon the requirement for the project. 

Qualification Essential: 10 + 2 or equivalent from a recognized board with 1 year Certificate in Computer Technology

Age: Not exceeding 28 years

Salary: Consolidated salary  of Rs. 12,450/- per month, if appointed on monthly basis

Job Description: 

• Data entry work in the project. 
• Assisting the Co-Investigator in checking the quality of data received
• Clerical work in the project.
• Any other duty assigned by the PI/Co-PI from time to time.

Prospective Candidates shall attend the Walk-in-interview with  all original Certificates, Testimonials, Curriculum Vitae and a Xerox copy of certificates pertaining to the Qualification, Experience, Age & Community and also four copies of application in the prescribed format given below:

Candidates who are not  producing the Original Certificates at the time of interview will not be considered.  TA/DA will not be paid by NIE for attending the interview. The Director/Selection Committee has the right to shortlist and prioritize the candidates based on their application and interview. Candidates will not be entertained after 9.30 am.
