Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and Proficiency in operation Computer (Word Processing and spread sheets) and a speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting.
Fee:- Rs.200 for General Category and Rs.100 for OBC Category, in the shape of demand draft in favour of Principal Medical Officer, GMSH-16,Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh (Not Refundable ) .
The application duly completed in all respect, with on latest Passport size photograph, (Format enclosed) should reach in the office of Director Health & Family Welfare, Govt. Multi Speciality Hospital, Sec-16, Chandigarh on or before 8-2-2013 by 3.00 PM.
