Qualification:

• State Programme Manager- MBA/PG Degree / Diploma in Health in Health Administration / Public Health Management / Rural Management / Social Work / Community Development / Sociology / Population Science / MD-PM / PSM / CHA / MCH Desired Skill / Experience:-3-8 years experience in Project management. Experience in Management multi districts/units. Knowledge of Proposal development and monitoring and evaluation of development project. Experience of Supervising at least one managerial grade of employee. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office/ Excel/ Power Point. Experience of working in development sector/familiar with development issues related to health, water and sanitation, gender etc
• State Finance Manager- CA/MFC/CFA/ICWA/M.BA(Fin.)/CS/M.Com Desired Skill/ Experience:-*3-8 Years experience in financial management in development / private/ government sector. Knowledge of financial management and control of system in project. Experience of prepare of SOE/ UC. Experience in budgeting and costing. Knowledge of financial MIS. Appreciation of accounting norms for GOI/ World Bank Projects. Supervising experience of at least one managerial grade of employees.
