Responsible for driving cycle count throughout the plant & subcontractor end. Need to conduct RCA for variances. Ensure ontime variance posting. Responsible for maintaining plant inventory accuracy > 99%.
Allocate work effectively and with the given team effectively handle dispatches. Conduct training on material handling system to all existing and new workers.
